My advice: Start with Lite to see whether automatic scheduling suits you, even though it only plans a week ahead. For yourself or a small team, Starter is the logical next step: $ 10 per seat per month when paid yearly, for up to 10 seats. Business ($ 15 per seat per month when paid yearly) is for teams of up to 100 seats that want webhooks and unlimited calendar connections.

Your calendar fills itself with meetings and your time for real work disappears. Reclaim.ai tries to turn that around. The tool schedules your focus blocks, habits and breaks by itself, and moves them when new meetings come in. It is not a task list that fills your day, but a tool that schedules your focus time and defends it against new meetings.
From Portland startup to part of Dropbox1 min
Reclaim.ai was founded in 2019 by Henry Shapiro and Patrick Lightbody. The idea came from a familiar problem: busy people lose control of their calendar. In 2021 the company raised $ 4.8 million in a seed round led by Index Ventures, with Gradient Ventures taking part.
In August 2024 Dropbox acquired the company. Since then Reclaim has run inside a larger company. The product and its own pricing page simply carry on.
How Reclaim defends your time1 min
You tell Reclaim how much focus time you want each week, what habits you have and how much of a break you want between meetings. The tool puts that in your calendar and adjusts it when your calendar changes. If a meeting lands on your focus block, Reclaim finds another time.
Each part has its own name. Focus Time protects blocks for concentrated work. Habits schedules recurring routines, such as exercise or lunch. Buffer Time adds breaks and travel time between meetings. Smart Meetings finds a time that works for all participants. With Calendar Sync you see events from multiple calendars together, so colleagues do not book over a personal appointment.
That approach differs from Motion, which fills your whole day based on tasks and deadlines. And from Sunsama, where you consciously put together your own plan every day. Reclaim does the work in the background.
Scheduling links and AI agents1 min
Besides your own time, Reclaim also handles meetings with others. With a scheduling link, someone picks a time themselves, based on your real availability. Lite gives you 1, Starter 3, and Business and up unlimited.
Reclaim calls its automatic components AI agents. The number differs per plan: 5 in Lite, 10 per seat in Starter, 100 per seat in Business and unlimited in Enterprise. The more habits, focus blocks and smart meetings you want scheduled, the sooner you hit that limit.
For teams, Business includes a shared out-of-office calendar and delegated access, so an assistant can manage someone else's calendar. With webhooks you connect Reclaim to your own processes.

Starter costs $ 12 per seat per month, or $ 10 when paid yearly ($ 120 a year). It is meant for teams of up to 10 seats. You plan 8 weeks ahead, connect 3 calendars and create 3 scheduling links.
Business costs $ 18 per seat per month, or $ 15 when paid yearly. The plan is for teams of up to 100 seats, plans 12 weeks ahead and has unlimited calendars and scheduling links, webhooks, a team out-of-office calendar and delegated access.
Enterprise costs $ 22 per seat per month, yearly billing only, and is for teams with more than 100 seats. It includes SSO and SCIM. For Enterprise you need to get in touch.
If you schedule Smart Meetings with three or more people, you need extra packs of Attendee Users for participants without a paid seat. On Starter, a pack of 3 costs $ 8 a month when paid yearly or $ 10 a month. Factor that into your budget.
Lite as a trial, but with a short horizon1 min
The free plan is mainly a trial. With one week of planning ahead you do see how Reclaim moves your focus time and habits, but for a real weekly plan with recurring projects it is tight. Expect to end up on Starter for serious use.
Start small. First set up only focus time and one or two habits, and watch for a week how Reclaim moves them. Only then switch on Smart Meetings and buffer time.
Who Reclaim.ai suits and who it doesn't1 min
Reclaim works best for people with a calendar full of meetings. If meetings break up your day and your focus time keeps vanishing, Reclaim puts that focus time back in your calendar and moves it when something new comes up. Teams that want to schedule meetings around everyone's availability also get something out of it.
If you mainly want your tasks scheduled automatically, Motion makes more sense. If you are looking for a calm daily planning ritual, look at Sunsama.
