Criteria for a tool on ToolGuide

ToolGuide covers software for work and productivity: notes, planning, collaboration, writing, AI assistants and similar tools. A submitted tool is listed when it meets these four points.

• Relevant for our readers. Software that helps people with their work or their own organisation. No agencies, custom services or physical products.
• A working product. You can use it today: sign up, log in or download. A waiting list or a page without a product is too early.
• Clear pricing. The tool's own site says what it costs, or that it is free.
• No scams, adult content, gambling or malware. Also no tools mainly meant to get around rules or the rights of others.
